1.  Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar inaugurated first MILLETS EXPERIENCE CENTRE in New Delhi.
2. First time in India 5 Females are introduced in Artillery Regiment (Topkhana Regiment).
3. Union Minister (केंद्रीय मंत्री) Nityanand Rai inaugurated the Dawki Land Port in Meghalaya's West Jaintia Hills district to promote trade and commerce between India and Bangladesh.
4. The Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways has launched ‘Harit Sagar’ Green Port Guidelines 2023 to achieve its vision of zero carbon emissions. The guidelines were launched by Union Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and AYUSH, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, in the presence of other senior officials of the ministry in New Delhi.
